LPN Management Process

This guide walks you through using the LPN Management module. You’ll learn how to move LPNs between locations and process replenishment requests linked to LPNs.

Move an LPN from one location to another location in your warehouse.

  1. Open LPN Management

    From the main menu, tap LPN. The LPN Management screen opens.

  2. Select Move Option

    Tap the Move option at the top of the screen. The title changes to “Move LPN”.

  3. Enter or Scan LPN

    In the search field, enter the LPN number you want to move, or tap the camera icon to scan the LPN barcode.

  4. View LPN Details

    After entering the LPN, the system shows:

    • Current location of the LPN
    • Location category
    • List of all bins and products in the LPN

    If the LPN exists in multiple locations, you’ll see a message and a list of locations. Select the location you want to work with.

  5. Enter Destination Location

    The search field hint changes to “Enter location”. Enter or scan the destination location where you want to move the LPN.

  6. Confirm Move

    The system checks the destination location. You may see confirmation dialogs:

    • Category confirmation: If moving between different categories
    • Location confirmation: If moving to a location that didn’t previously contain this SKU

    Tap Yes or Proceed to confirm the move.

  7. Complete Move

    After confirmation, the LPN is moved to the new location. The system shows the updated location and category.

  8. Start New Move (Optional)

    Tap Clear list to start a new move operation, or enter another LPN to continue.

Process replenishment requests that are linked to a specific LPN.

  1. Open LPN Management

    From the main menu, tap LPN. The LPN Management screen opens.

  2. Select Replenishment Option

    Tap the Replenishment option at the top of the screen. The title changes to “Replenishment LPN”.

  3. Enter or Scan LPN

    In the search field, enter the LPN number, or tap the camera icon to scan the LPN barcode.

  4. Select a Replenishment

    Tap a replenishment from the list to process it. The system opens a dialog showing:

    • Company name and account ID
    • Total number of SKUs
    • Total quantity of items
  5. Enter Destination Location

    In the dialog, enter or scan the destination location where you want to complete the replenishment.

  6. Verify Location

    The system checks the location. You may see confirmation dialogs:

    • Category confirmation: If the location has a different category
    • Location confirmation: If the location didn’t previously contain this SKU

    Tap Yes or Proceed to confirm.

  7. Complete Replenishment

    After confirmation, the replenishment is completed. The dialog closes and you return to the replenishment list.

  1. Enter the LPN
  2. View current location and products
  3. Enter new location
  4. Confirm if prompted
  5. LPN moves successfully
  1. Enter the LPN
  2. View list of replenishments
  3. Select first replenishment
  4. Enter location and complete
  5. Select next replenishment
  6. Repeat until all are complete
  1. Enter the LPN
  2. See message about multiple locations
  3. View list of locations
  4. Tap the location you want to work with
  5. Continue with move or replenishment

Problem: You see “Wrong LPN” after entering an LPN.

Solution:

  • Check that you entered the LPN correctly
  • Verify the LPN exists in your warehouse
  • Try scanning the LPN barcode instead of typing
  • Contact your administrator if the LPN should exist

Problem: You see “Wrong location” when entering a destination.

Solution:

  • Verify the location exists in your warehouse
  • Check that you entered the location code correctly
  • Try scanning the location barcode if available
  • Make sure the location is active and available

Problem: You see “There is not enough space” or “The location has not enough capacity”.

Solution:

  • Choose a different location with more capacity
  • Check current inventory in the destination location
  • Move some items out of the destination location first
  • Contact your administrator if capacity seems incorrect

Problem: You see “Wrong LPN” when trying to process replenishments.

Solution:

  • Verify the LPN is correct
  • Check that replenishment requests are linked to this LPN
  • Try a different LPN if available
  • Contact your administrator to verify replenishment setup

Scan Everything

Use barcode scanning for LPNs and locations. It’s faster and reduces errors compared to manual entry.

Verify Before Moving

Always check the current location and products before moving an LPN. Make sure you’re moving the right LPN.

Complete All Replenishments

When processing replenishments for an LPN, complete all items together to keep inventory accurate.

Check Location Capacity

Before moving an LPN, verify the destination location has enough space. This prevents errors and delays.
