Quality Control Process

This guide walks you through the complete quality control process from loading orders to completing verification. Follow these steps to verify packed orders accurately before they ship.

The quality control process follows these main steps:

  1. Choose load mode - Select Ship#, Tray#, or Container ID
  2. Load order - Enter or scan Shipping#, Tray#, or Container ID
  3. View product list - See all products that need verification
  4. Verify products - Scan bins, Product IDs, UPCs, or SKUs
  5. Complete verification - Finish when all products are verified
  6. Close boxes - Handle multiple boxes if needed
  1. Choose Your Load Mode

Select how you want to load orders from the toolbar menu:

    • Ship#: Load orders by shipping number
    • Tray#: Load orders by tray number
    • Container ID: Load orders by container ID

The mode determines what you scan to load orders.

  2. Load an Order
